Ive written you twice about the cap, it came crushed in a bag and was large enough to fit Andre the giants head. I dont know any women with a head that big. I talk to a lady namedTracy Ann about the situation and sent her a pic of the hat on my wife's head. It huge she cant wear it. Shesaid therw was a size chart,ne v er seen one then i shpuld have bought a box to ship it in. Mythought on that is I'm paying 40.00 at least you could do is ship it so it doesn't crush. You have a great ideal and i was even looking at other products. But if this ia the way you do business and care about your customer's I won't by from you again nor will i recommend you. Very unsatisfied customer.

The names are not outlined as shown. They are in black and very hard to read. The color is great. It’s a big hat, but adjustable.
