        Loved the mug once it was delivered!

        The only criticism I have is the delivery! Can't understand why anyone would pick Royal Mail to deliver anything. It took 4 attempts and over 2 weeks to get my parcel. This was a gift, and so didn't get to my friend in time for Christmas. The 1st delivery attempt was on 6th December, and I got the item on the 23rd. There is no way to communicate with Roysl mail or arrange deluvery elsewhere. I know this isnt the companys fsult but it has put me off buying anything else if the courier is royal mail.
        No complIaints about the product itself im sure my friend will love it as a New Year gift!.
