Item is exactly as shown and quality as described. Very happy with my purchase! I got nervous when it was going to take a few weeks to get here (North Carolina) as so many websites these days are scams or ripoffs. No need to be concerned! The sign arrived two days later than promised but hey, with the current shipping challenges I say that was pretty darn good! All in all very happy with my purchase and my 86 year old mother was so happy when she opened it!
