      I completely love this ornament. It came out exactly like the picture showed. The quality is excellent and the imagery and writing is perfectly sharp. Although it was a bit expensive, I am so glad to have this keepsake. I surprised my husband with it and he cried.

      Delighted! This ornament is perfect! It turned out even better than I expected. I love how you can customize the people in it to your specifications,
      I.e., hair, no hair, grey hair, long or short hair; heavy-set, thin; colors of clothes and, of course, the many options for the phrases spoken. Even the smallest detail of our beloved cats shows up. The colors are vivid and the printing of the names is easily read. (The true sign for me of its quality is that I got tears in my eyes as I looked at it.) Thank you so much for an ornament that will be treasured for years!

      We miss you Ornament....

      The ornament turned out really nice, I wanted something to memorialize our Dogs which we loved dearly.... When I showed my wife the ornament when it came in, it brought tears to her eyes, she loved it. Can't wait to hang it on the XMAS Tree!!

      Lovely Keepsake

      I ordered this to commemorate the passing of my pups over the years. I love how it turned out. One of my pups was a jackapoo - but from the back profile the jack russell terrier looks very much like her. I wish it was a tad larger - you have to get up close to see the detail - but I’m displaying it separately, not hanging it on a tree. So for a tree ornament it is a good size. I like that it came two different hangers - a gold cord and a tan rope. I would definitely recommend these to my friends and family.
