      I bought this for my best friend and her husband as part of their 25th anniversary gift. It was just so perfect because they are all about family. I had their names as Mom & Grandma and Dad & Papa then the names of each of their children and grandchildren. It turned out so beautiful and was a huge hit when they opened it at their anniversary celebration. The only reason I gave 4 stars though is because the color used for their names was so light it’s hard to see there are names in the hearts unless you hold the sun catcher against a darker background. When I made the preview it showed the lettering in black and you could clearly see the names. But when it arrived, the names were more of a light gray which was a bit disappointing. Still everything else about it is perfection and our friends know the names are there even if you can’t see them especially when displayed in the window as intended. Not sure if it was my mistake? I really don’t recall there being an option to choose the text color? It looked perfect in the preview though, just not the same when it arrived. There definitely was an option to choose the font which was correct though. I do highly recommend this product though.

      No tracking of orders

      My wife love the sun catcher. But after I ordered it the tracking info was terrible..no details...no delivery date. Emailed customer service for help....no customer service response. If you want to be in this business make the sale and service it afterward with information and support.
