Well a chance to give my opinion. The pillow itself is nice, rather small but OK. BUT i ordered one with insert for a book. I did not get the insert on the pillow. Upon questioning this they say there is nothing they can do.!!!! They keep my money I suppose, nothing about me sending it back. No thanks, there will be no more . Too bad my granddaughter would have loved it.
