        Fantastic

The sweatshirt is a very nice quality. I loved being able to change the type of rv, the hair color and cut. Just loved all the options of modifying the shirt to represent us. It was very easy to order and would definitely order again from this vendor.

        Way too small

I absolutely love the design on this hoodie that I ordered, but I ordered a 3X because my 2X hoodies are getting snug on me and these 3X are even tighter than my 2X. I can't wear it or the other one I ordered so they're sitting in my closet. I emailed the customer service email and never received a response, so I assume that I'm stuck with a very cute, expensive product that I can't use. If you order, get a bigger size than you normally wear.

        support problem

I ordered the wrong size the first time and sent several messages to see what could be done to help me.
I received an automated msg that you received my msg but nothing after that. I reordered the right size and all is good now.
Still have not heard about my first problem.
