          Print came and was exactly what I'd hoped for, except...there was a deep gouge in area where the writing was, and a very visible fingerprint across one of the characters heads. Emailed company and they responded back, saying they would send a replacement. Waiting to see if they do send one. If so, will change to 5 stars. Customer service replies on the damaged print was prompt and courteous, so I do have high hopes. As I said, the print itself was great minus the blemishes.
