The pillow cover comes shown as advertised. It’s super cute and soft. It comes with the pillow insert as well. I got two; one for me and one for my friend and we absolutely LOVE our lil pillows. The pillow is a little smaller than I was thinking it was going to be. But that is my fault for not thoroughly reading the dimensions.
